Introducing Memory in Motion: A New Program This Fall!

We are excited to announce Memory in Motion, a new initiative launching this fall. In collaboration with the YMCA, this program is specifically designed to assist individuals experiencing memory loss or brain changes.

Program Highlights:

Comprehensive Approach: It includes a combination of brain and physical exercises.

Focus: Each class will have a theme around memory, balance, and exercises with chair based options.
